Sometimes you have leftover rice from last night and you are feeling lazy, but you are still not ready to settle for something basic, I got you covered. Here is a tasty, basic yet not-so-basic meal to feed your ego and your stomach. Takes less than 20 minutes to make, but feels like a well-worthy investment of your time.
Rice? Good
Kimchi? Good
Shrimps? Good
Kimchi Fried Rice with Shrimp? Sooooo Gooooood!

Kimchi Fried Rice with Shrimp

- 1 cup cooked rice (I used Jasmine brown rice)
- half medium onion
- Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1-1.5 cup Kimchi
- Shrimp
- Everything bagel seasoning (dash on top of rice )
Heat up oil in pan
Cook the shrimps first
Put the shrimp aside and pour in the rice. cook for around 7 minutes
Add 2 eggs in the center, mix and scramble the eggs into the rice
Toss shrimps back into rice. Add Kimchi and cook for ~5 mins
Garnish with roasted seaweed and everything bagel seasoning (optional)
