Baked Pasta with Broccoli

For a simple and comforting meal that satisfies hungry stomachs try this recipe. Great for feeding a crowd or meal prepping.

Baked Pasta with Broccoli

  • Baking dish
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 7 oz Farfelle pasta
  • Shredded Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 stalk Broccoli
  • 1 can (1lb) Peeled Tomatoes (used CENTO san marzano brand )
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Fresh basil (optional )
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil (add salt). Cook pasta and drain

  3. Cook ground beef in pan for ~6 mins or until it is no longer pink. Add oil, paprika, salt, and bay leaf. 

  4. Pour drained pasta, and cooked beef into the baking dish. Add a generous amount of cheese and mix well. 

  5. Bake for ~20 minutes or until the surface is golden brown. 

  6. Garnish with basil (optional). Set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
